Avocado-Shrimp Ceviche

A yummy success! You can boil the shrimp beforehand or “cook” it in lime juice for an hour in the fridge, both work out really well.

  1. Hey, I think i used that recipe when we went to WV. i found that that time it didn't work to cook in the shrimp because i had purchased the "lime juice" and it wasn't freshly squeezed. afterwards, using fresh limes though it was perfect. very tasty :)
