Brown rice, steamed asparagus, baked tilapia with tomatoes and garlic — eating this made me feel healthy! Fish day was awesome, almost as much as the anticipation of the end of detox was.
Final comments: It really wasn’t that bad and if my body actually cleansed itself this past week, then mission accomplished! I also have a new found love for Trader Joes and a new found slight disdain for Whole Foods.
