Detox Day 2 Recap

Liquids and Fruit Only

I start off every morning with a glass of warm water with lemon juice – this is supposed to “neutralize acidity and stimulate the bowels.”

Fruit consumption:

  • 2 bananas
  • handful of grapes
  • 1 grapefruit
  • 2.5 avocados
  • 1 granny smith apple

– I overdid it on the avocado intake a tad bit, but those and the bananas kept me pretty full throughout the day.
– I took some claritin in the morning and I got minimal swelling and itching! Why didn’t I try that earlier in life?
– Also, my bladder has been crazy — I probably went to the bathroom at least 20 times yesterday. Hopefully the bladder activity will return to normal soon!

Net Weight Change: -1.5lbs
